BLOOMING RECALL LLP operating MasterCFA.com is a Limited Liability Partnership which supports CFA® candidates in mastering content for Levels I, II and III. We are located at A-2/181, GF, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, India; and we own and operate this website (the “Site”).

Personal Information
We do collect some personal information from you. It is important to us to know where our candidates live (in order to plan seminars and online events accessible in every time zone) and how to reach them by email (regarding account and payment issues). The information we collect, however, is never sold. We have no third-party advertising affiliations and your content will never be data mined, lent, sold or otherwise manipulated for another organisation’s benefit.
We use Stripe & Razorpay for all online payments; their privacy policies should be reviewed by our subscribers. We do not store any payment information on our website in any format whatsoever. Period.
If you request to have your account deleted, we are happy to oblige. Please understand that there is no restore capability, so the process is permanent.
Cookies
We do offer cookies to enhance the user experience — for example, to store your login information or to bookmark where you left off in a video on your learning device. These are the only cookie functionalities we offer.

The privacy policy and terms of use for our website and/or forums apply to the use of our website/forum when participating in the Competitions as well.

Competition Participation
If you choose to participate in our Competitions we ask you to provide the required information, as set out in the Competition Information Page. If you win a competition that includes the shipment of a prize, we will contact you to ask for a delivery address. We process this information so that you are able to participate in our competitions and so that we can notify/announce you as winner online, in accordance with the terms of the competition. We may also use your information to detect and prevent fraud and misuse of our services.
Processing Your Enquiries
If you contact us about our Competitions or other related services, the forms you complete or the emails you send may include information about you, such as your name, your email address and your enquiry. We use this information to respond to your enquiries and, in line with our legitimate interest in promoting our business, to provide you with information about the services we offer. You are under no obligation to provide us with any details, but if you don’t provide all relevant information, we may not be able to help.
Direct Marketing
If you ask to be added to our mailing list, we will keep you updated with information on our services by email, unless you would like to be removed from that list (in which case please click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email that you receive).
Who We Share Your Information With
If you win a competition, we may publish your username and/or the name submitted by you when entering the competition publicly, such as online on our websites, social media sites, or other platforms as agreed in the competition terms.
In certain circumstances we may share your personal information with carefully-selected third parties who help us run, manage and improve the quality of the Competitions and other services, as well as for marketing and fraud-checking purposes. We will delete such information within a reasonable time.
